Environmental Protection is one of the top priorities of the company.

In order to receive the construction permit, the company had prepared an Environmental Impact Assesment study that was been presented the public for comment and then approved by the responsible Provincial secretariat on July 7th 2011 (Decision no. 130-501-1151/2011-06).

The environmental study as well as the analysis and inspection of the local flora and fauna shows that the environmental impact of the project will be minimal.

The study is regularly updated according to the Law on Environmental Impact Assessment, with the last update made in early 2020 by a decision of the Provincial Secretariat  for Urban Construction and Environmental Protection

All requirements of the authorities for the environmental protection and all protection measures planned by the Environ

mental Impact Study will be implemented during the construction and operation of the wind farm.
